Both ModI and ModII are featureCAM5-OsloDevelopment_trunk2.0-6 set up with MG1.5, CLM4.5, and online DMS/POM,

using compset NUDGEPTAEROUPD1

ModI (years 18-19) is from self-nudged simulations (UVPS), commit d4fe4b0, while

ModII (years 2012-2014) is from ERA nudged simulations (UVPS), with main code from commit 64d68619

+ new code for tuning of OM/OC and DUST emissions (now present in commit cdaeb5e)

I.e., the changes from ModI to ModII are: nudging to ERA instead of CAM5-Oslo meteorology, and new tuning for POM and DUST.
