EOF summary table
The table below provides an overview of the trends and signal-to-noise
ratios of the first and second EOFs computed for bandpass-filtered PSL
for the NH and NH west domains, the surface heat flux (HFLUX) for the
Arctic, sea level pressure (PSL) for the Arctic and NH, surface
temperature for the Arctic and NH, and U250 for the NH.
The trends are computed for years 2000-2100. The sinal-to-noise ratio
is defined as the ratio between the trend (2000-2100) and the variance
for the historical period (1900-2000).
Column 1: field and domain
Column 2: EOF and variance explained
Column 3: indicates whether the trend or SNR is reported in columns 4-7
Column 4-7: trend/SNR values for the CMIP6 baseline and the KeyCLIM sensitivity experiments
Yellow color shading is assigned to cells for the baseline trend values when the SNR is 1 or larger.
Red color shading is assigned to cells for the sensitiviy experiment trend values when the associated SNR is 1 or larger and the trend values is larger than the baseline.
Blue color shading is assigned to cells for the sensitiviy experiment trend values when the associated SNR is 1 or larger and the trend values is smaller than the baseline.
